Technical Account Managers: Brazil, Hong Kong, or Singapore
Cariden Technologies is seeking a number of individuals to lead the sales efforts for Cariden’s products in various locations worldwide. In-depth experience of direct sales processes in network service provider markets is essential, as is the ability to build business cases and manage key relationships. The ideal candidate will also have a strong background in IP/MPLS service provider networking. This role involves interaction with key decision influencers and provides an exciting opportunity to make an impact working for an evolving industry leader.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute a territory sales strategy focused on demand creation, sales growth, and partner sales development
- Establish and maintain positive and pro-active relationships with new and existing clients to expand sales
- Identify and own new sales engagements; fulfill revenue objectives
- Establish a high-profile Cariden presence in the market place through the creation of win-win situations with customers that turn sales relationships into long-term commercial partnerships
- Develop and deliver sales forecasts in line with business objectives
- Meet or exceed revenue goals
- Control costs to ensure that expenditures are managed within budgets
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years direct sales experience in the IP/MPLS service provider market
- Technical experience in IP/MPLS service provider networking
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to work as a key member in a global team, and to work closely with sales and development engineering
- Ability to recognize key technical pain-points in the customer’s environment and relay to them Cariden solutions
- Self-starter with a can-do attitude
