Senior Software Engineer - Network Interfaces

Cariden Technologies has an openings for a number of experienced developers and network engineers to help extend the capabilities of MATE software. We are looking for a strong C++ developer to join a team of other experienced engineers.


Responsibilities

• Develop software for modeling and interfacing with IP networks

Requirements

• 5+ years experience developing software
• C++ expertise, including templates and object-oriented programming
• Knowledge of IP networking
• Working knowledge of Java
• Experience with multi-threaded programming
• Excellent communication skills
• Juniper Junos, Cisco IOS, Alcatel IP routers
• Experience developing network management software and/or IP network
• Strong Unix/Linux background

Preferred Skills

• Equipment software
• Practical use of SNMP
• Database design
• Perl, Python
