Network Test Engineers:  Mt. View, CA

Cariden Technologies has openings for a number of experienced developers and network engineers to help extend the capabilities of our MATE software, an emerging de facto standard modeling and optimization tool. We are looking for experienced network engineers to test router hardware (Cisco CRS1, 12000, 7600, Juniper T1600, T640, Alcatel 7750) integration with Cariden software. 

Responsibilities

• Recreate customer configurations in the lab
• Reproduce customer bugs
• Develop automated lab configurations
• Maintain regression tests for Cariden software

Requirements

• Expert in IP/MPLS routing
• Experience with OSPF, IS-IS, BGP, LDP, MPLS RSVP-TE, multicast
• Experience using Perl, Python, and/or Tcl
• Ability to write automated tests
• Interest and persistence in recreating and solving complex problems
• Well organized
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
